Depends on organization bro once I got counter offer in google, accepted and stay there for 1 year and later jumped with 30% growth

Afaik, getting counter offer at google is tough. Lot of work needs to be done by mgr & director. Counter offer isthey accept cheyochu

Goog is the safest company to survive. Google lo layoffs rare and pip are very very rare. Its heaven for coasters

Ask any HR professional and they will tell you, never to accept a counter offer from the employer. Once you make them aware of your intentions to leave, things will never be the same again. They won’t know when you will quit and you won’t know when they’ll fire you. It’s like a marriage with broken trust.

just because you are good at what you do, if you ask for a diamond or the sky or if your attitude is bad, they will replace you! Manager can only do what his job dictates at the end of the day. They don’t want any jerks around workplace where they spend 8 hours of their wakeful state.

macha, its different, i accepted counter offer twice, nothing happened, even @vampire anna too accepted, why making so much fuss about it. we gave our opinions

I'm giving the opinions of HR pros.

Not making any fuss and not misleading anyone with bad advice. Just because it worked for you doesn't mean it would work for everyone.
