Some guy was able get a manhole cover replaced by just following the steps provided in the website.Some of my friends could atleast able to figure out the who is Asst Engineer responsible for repairing the roads with the help this website.I thought it's really a great effort by the them and we should encourage such intiatives.Please pass on this info to your near and dear in kukatpally.
