yeah, buddi unnodu evadu plane tayarucheyyadu from scratch. Hyd lo evaro kurradu helicopter tayaru chesadu last year anukunta. he used auto engine for it. demo kosam evaro minister ni kooda pilichadu but blast ayyi spot lo chanipoyadu. veedu pilot anukunta, just assemble chesi show-off chesthunnadu.

I am a pilot , it is common to build single engine small airplanes here in US 

One of my white friends acquaintance owns a plane which he built at home , but mostly uses for sight seeing flight 

how ever he has engineering background from air force

Making a private plane might not be very difficult for an Aeronautical Engineer but it comes with HUGE risks. The flight system has Lowest Fault Tolerance for any man made system in the world.

An 0.0000000001% error ratio also is leading to tens of fatal accidents in any given year even today.

So we should not wish any bad omen to this flight but it does come with huge set of risks.

Me moham manda, he is an NRI based in London originally from Kerala. He is a mechanical engineer and have pilot license from British aviation.
He bought unassembled plane parts and assembled at his workshop.

He used that plane to tour rest of Europe. Nothing to do with India or Kerala.
