It is a complex material engeering, some parts of your car should be less rigid so that the force is absorbed limiting damage to Passengers. The cabin and chassis, engine is not one block of steal but a combination of different metal compounds which allows to absorb energy on impact

Don't judge Tata Car Quality based on some stupid Youtube Shorts. Tata is the only company which submits every model NCAP crash testing and even their smallest car Tiago has safety rating of 3stars unlike Suzuku which has only 2 models which got good safety rating ( Brezza & S Cross) which got 4 stars.

Most sold Indian models like Swift & Dzire has zero crash test ratings.

The model in the Video is Tata HEXA a very highly rated and rugged vehicle which never got sold in mass numbers. If you really want some expert reviews of car scene in india follow Team-bhp website.. the guys there are motor heads and really know what they are talking about.

My family owns a Nexon and i have driven it when i was in India and i know how it feels after driving cars in US for last 8 yrs.

we have a Nexon Automatic and its pretty good, family using it from 2017 and no complaints except shitty dealership experience. This is one area Tata cant control and very bad in terms of ownership compared to Foreign players.
