right now you are in the heat of the moment bro...relax yourself for sometime (at least few days) and then think wisely... not now but you will regret whatever you are doing in the heat of the moment believe me...I regret few decisions I made when I was either mad or frustrated and now I feel my decisions as super silly..

na professional experience la, I had contractors threaten my project manager with discrimination etc, senior management didn’t utter a word, just gave him a date and waited the date to pass, internally they will mark the candidate as “do not hire” in the hr database for future openings

Just leave the project without notifying your manager.

leave the laptop to vendor and let vendor know that this lady is worst and spoiled the project for all..please kindly don't send any experienced people to replace your position..rather hire yes man who can answer her unrelaistic approach ani cheppu..

 

Do not email the corporate ...you are just contractor.. your chain of command ends at your manager..anything above is breach of contract kinduh situation... Best you can do is contact HR..if you know who the hr is and hr is someone who takes action..do whatever vendor says..

 

 

If vendor don't like you complaining ..in future if you require a letter from vendor it will look very ugly and you might not get proper feedback. Leave the job before she fires you.

Lite teesuko kaka…time waste. Mee manager ki paisa faraq padakapoga she may even try to take this situation to her advantage and gain some points in her favor to her now that you won’t be there anymore…

Two weeks notice ichi return la satainchu…learn new skills on how to deal with such people…use it as a project..atleast future lo aina panikostadi…ego satisfaction mundi sepu, manta mida nillu posthe nippu aradam thappa emana upayogam vuntada ? In my experience, managers micromanage when they don’t trust the team member.. this all boils down to whether you delivered all the tasks assigned to you or not… you have to earn the trust.. everyone is getting paid to do the job and if you don’t do it, then you are not fit to work.. 

If the manager by nature micromanages and don’t trust anyone, then get out of there… they are not going to change..
