If you really want to criticize, start with something positive and then match the number of positives with the strong negatives. 

 

If you do that, atleast it will make it look legitimate.

Remember, you are just a contractor. It is "your" word alone against "them". Who will HR believe when all other contractors are still fine? Don't think this is "America" and you can do anything or complain on anybody or sue anybody without merit. Complaining may get you 2 minutes satisfaction but won't have any impact unless there are "documented" incidents where other contractors had to face the same situation with witnesses (like she has with other white male) and an established pattern.

Always leave the project in a good spirit. That is professionalism. Otherwise, there won't be any difference between an IT Pro and a store clerk working at minimum wages.

Lady managers always worked great for me. Indian managers are a disaster because most of them cannot even manage themselves - leave alone managing others!

He is just giving feedback of his experience thats all. He is not going ask them anything in return. What’s wrong in giving honest feedback?
