These innovations are needed. mana food lo sour and sweet ni mix chese flavors levu. sour and sweet mix chesthaar (like lemonade), salt and sour mix chesthaar (like fermented dosa/idly with chutnry). But world enjoys mixing sour and sweet also like mayonnaise gatra.
