It is a weak case imo, firstly operating a casino out of India is not illegal, secondly the money is not moved as perceived, veedu token ichevadu anta bayatiki poyevallaku, akkada vallu geliste malla akkada vallu okka tokens iche vallu anta which this guy exchanged for cash. Yes I get that, but looks like what he is doing is runing casino cashier counter in India, as I understood he gave out tokens after he collected cash in rupees, then people used those tokens(to buy casino chips) to play, once they returned to India those tokens are exchanged for cash There is no money trail if was just a cash transaction,, that guy held the cash and gave tokens, finally when the tokens were returned he gave out the cash. My question is how is ED going to prove unless they caught them red handled with the cash
