From what I heard 

he did 2 major events - free petrol and barber shop 

he earned more revenue from YouTube or Insta views than he spent with these 2 events 

his videos are dubbed into Hindi as well and he gets more revenue from there too 

the remaining money he have after spending on big events are distributed in small amounts in form of games/ gifts etc
