I usually send it to my dad but ippudu savings nundi theesthe 1lac ki 2K cutting anta. How to avoid this?

Deeni valla janalu bank accounts lo dabbulu vesukovadam ledu. 

 

Yearly limit 20 L vundi anukunta. beyond that you have to pay tax for money withdrawals

You can still pay with cheque , card and UPI without any charges right ? 

Only cash withdrawals are being charged

You can xfer from your a/c1 to a/c2 in different bank and withdraw from both accounts right ?

Send to my account I can do hawala for 1Cr I give 1.24 Cr
