Need info/suggestions please....

Hi Guys I have few questions to ask you please do tell me know if u knw well..

1)Can I go to India for 1 month on OPT with employee letter,I-20,pay stubs..or is there any problme..ee port of entry ayina parleda...?Is it safe now to go to India on OPT?

2)Na OPT 2012 November varaku valid..endukantey naku ee may 31st ne OPT start ayyindi..so csc garduate nenu andukey 27 months kada..so 2012 nov varaku vundi..so Should i ask my employer to sponser h1 next year i.e., 2011 or do u suggest me to use the OPT and then sponser in 2012...taxes takkuva kattukovadam betteraa security importaa?..I mean ee kalam lo h1 ee risk i know..but mundugane cheyinchomantara? for safet ki..or else parledu wait cheyyamantara..?rules marithayi emo ani naku doubt?so suggestion ivvandi

3)oka vela next 2011 lo h1 sponser chesukuntey okavela approve avvakapothey can i still continue on OPT..or OPT pothundhaa?
