its not just chair...

screen eye level ki undali. and arms raise cheyyakunda keyboard or mouse use cheyyali, foot rest undali, avoid touch pad. all furniture are designed for 6ft person , manam desis antha antha matrame so . above extras avasaram

I lost my chronic neck pain of 8 years after following above logic.
