normal cycle ki ravalante normal ga ne undali..dont take these…wothout any tensions u can sleep peacefully..may be do some exercise..

It is important to sleep than not. Melatonin is not addictive. My Dr. suggested me to take as and when needed. 

You can take daily if you want, but it will not be effective if you use 4-5 days straight on the 5th day. Try to get some exercise to get good sleep

1) workout late evening

2) sex/masturbation 

3) wine

4) Melatonin

never use it for more than 3 days per week if you are concerned about habit forming

I used to take two 12mg before 4 hours to bed time. It helped. But I stopped after a week.

Nothing like tht ,use it its a med just  remember u r using it not getting used to.

Natural remedies : eat some cherries 🍒  evening or couple hours before sleep . Can help
