I used it thrice in whole life to regulate sleep cycle, extremely drowsy and had brain fog for a day. Its better to have herbal tea (no caffeine) and go to bed, strictly no cellphone, u will be good workout during evening or go for a walk that will make you sleepy. 1 Quote
