na H1 transfer paper file chesaadu new employer...they sent it to Nebraska in premium....but the receipt number is IOE...they converted my paper petition to digital

it's taking 1 to 2 months these days....naadi 2 montha approve aindi last year extension

my H1 transfer petition was approved in just 2 business days...my new employer is telling me that USCIS took special care of my petition and approved it quickly....is this really possible ?
