Someone mentioned there is no value for life in India, which is very true. 
Hit and run can happen anywhere. But consequences matter a lot. If there is a witness they ll be put in Jail if it happens in US. India lo aithey superstars aitharu. that is the difference.

Regardless of if it is DSP vehicle or not if a DSP vehicle did that can you see a scenario where DSP being arrested in India. thst is the whole crux of the discussion.
