How do you know dog is still alive ? the police took the dogs bty wrapping them around necks. 100% they will euthanize the dogs.

I said in most cases police will shoot on spot - not in all cases. But in almost all cases to dog will be killed.

But in the above case which I posted dogs are alive despite what they have done to her , what does that explain? Will you go to court now to get those dogs killed ?

How do you know the dogs are alive ? and they were not killed later?

The dogs are almost always killed - not always on the spot. If captured they will be killed by vets.

Bulls are violent. yet they are used in pulling of bullock carts and agricultural practices in villages. 
 

They need to be tamed and they must be domesticated in a proper way. This is no justification to eat beef or bash hinduism.

How do you teach behavior to any animal? They are not developed to  a level of human in cognitive level
