best place to move in FL!!

moving from midwest, planning to move to FL(basically south)

what is a good city with good schools ..... was looking at Tampa, but no good school, flooded with desi and exponential raise in house prices 

any suggestions???

 

so far with prelimabnry research, Tallahassee, FL 32312 looked good with better schools

 

any city in FL  or Southern GA
