I know its unethical but planning to change job and starting date is Nov. Current company lo you are eligible for bonus if you worked until Dec 31st. So planning to do 2 jobs in Dec?

 

Is it legal? Does the employer know that you are working with 2 employers?

I will try to avoid overlap and ask for Jan 1st start date. Employer thats too late ante... inka aa 1 month 2 jobs cheyyatame. Bonus kuda not a small amout kada. 11 months chesi vadileyyalante sahasame...
