It is legitimate website with live chat, My family & friends and I bought lot of products from this website and the products are sold by Amazon not packtrow.com. They are just giving you coupon codes to save money, instead of going to amazon directly and paying full amount, first search on packtrow.com for the product you are looking to buy and use the deal to save money on Amazon.
