Its 100000000000% legal to do jobs. I checked with attorney... he also if that is illegal  amzon ceo, tesla ceo .. and so on r doing illegal jobs.. they have other companies and they are employess of their companies.. all these ceos are doing multiple jobs annadu....  Except doctors...pilots..

. not working so and so hours (limitd these number of hours)ani mathramaaa.. job offer lo vuttundhi.. but not for others ani cheppadu....... so these websites guys.. r stupids

This is not a question of legality. Are you adhering to the NSA/NDA/Employment rules that you have agreed to follow or not. Pattukunte jail lo emi pettaru, kaani if an employer wants to pursue this hard they are in every right to do so.
