111GO fate is decided by politicians and this will impact Real estate around ORR 

Infra adjacent to ORR needs to be developed so if the next govt becomes like AP govt then obviously the prices will not increase 

90% of Real estate ventures are backed by KCR party and other party members - so if they don’t win then they wil not spend money and go away resulting in company defaults and people won’t get their flats they paid

nope … even 2.5hrs from hyd it’s costing 1cr min. Hyd prices have sky rocketted…not in reach of lower and mid range families

agree with 111 GO....but hyd and surroundings lo Andhraites kuda baane invest chesaru especially since 2019...so TRS odipoyina, koncham slow down undochu in certain areas lo...but alternatively BJP central lo kuda untadi, so they will start their own investments + others as well

It’s not about investments 

its about completing projects - already builders gave % to TRS and if govt changes then they have to give % to new Govt and with pre-launch sales do u think builders will be in a position to deliver flats ?
