used to smoke 7-10 a day , habit since engineering , clean since a few years ,  quitting is probably one of the most difficult things I did i my life

terrible mood swings for days

many reasons for quitting , but nuvvu tagithe , lot of those toxic particles will stick to different places and you can not even play with your kids with the same clothing /in same areas , read up more on third hand smoking  , may be it will also motivate you to quit..
