I dont have approved 140 in EB2.....right from beginning I'm in EB3. I got my EAD cards when the dates current in oct 2020 and by the time submit the medicals for the RFE dates retrogressed again. So waiting for the dates again

Yes I would have got the GC too. But employer vaddannadu and asked to wait for RFE.
