It depends on the contractual clauses you have entered into your plan. Personally, I have a pretty mediocre insurance plan. And I pay 700$ for it. So the money question is subjective. And I believe you should ask this question to the insurance company from where you will get the insurance contract. Also, you can speak with people working on these types of contracts.
