initial ga aa leaves use cheskuni … avi aipoyaka start cheskovacha maternity/paternity leave or it should start frm the time baby is born ? 
 

HR tho maatladam but vallu konchem confused way lo answers isthunnaru … just checked if this is OK or not possible before reaching out to HR again ….

generally should be ok, but it is company dependent. read from your company website if HR response is not clear.

It is depend in company to company 

maa company lo you can use any time withbin 365 days 

Maa wife valla danilo you will get holidays forst first 3 months thats it 

Check company policy

Check company policy.. ma danlo within 3 months.. else lapse

Usually within 1 year not sure on yiur company policy , yiu can use from day 1 save yiur vacation leaves and use parental leave

Also pay kuda jagrtha ga chusko CA lo most companies they pad the money what we get from.state for example CA government 66% isthe 33% cover chestaru company , a 66% ki pedda pamchayyathi forms nimpali followup etc every state is different

Generally,you have to use with in a year of child birth. Avi first use up cheskoni then you can use your leaves..

yela ayina use chesukovacchu.. but chek your company policy of when your maternity or paretnity leave expire
