I think outpricing is biggest problem bro, moreover manolu or chinky galu second homes ni overbid chestunaru primary home to an extent ok, just because they have some money to invest that will have serious impact on society its not happening only in Dallas every where I think we discussed in db before at folsom Sacramento what locals are thinking about bay area engineers

People might say supply demand but communities ki velli dabbulu padashtye not good foe society not good for minority community like us not sure what is the solution

Existing owners ki property taxes peddaga peragavu.. there is a limit… that is not an issue unless they are planning to buy a house.. 

Big complaint is that we don’t assimilate.. and we rub our culture and politics on them.. they became like foreigners in their own land… intaku mundu ofc la kontha kandi locals tho manollu evaru matladevallu kadu..and lunch kuda alone ga thinevallu.. professional atmosphere undedi kadu.. they used to hate it but never spoke out loud about it for the fear of being labeled a racist..

intaku mundu ofc lo Halloween and Christmas parties jarigevanta.. now we do only Diwali parties big time with only Indian food.. 🤦‍♂️

Ninna incident lo, mee valle memu houses businesses konaleka potunnam and maa area ni occupied ani thupaki tho kaalchina kooda... max oka one week bhayapadi ..... malli inko house kontam antunna danavanthulu.
