Don’t buy east facing homes.. especially in the south states.. you spend lot of time in the backyard in the evenings and there will be lot of sun as your backyard will be in the west.. also bedrooms will be in the west for east facing homes and they tend to be warm in the night… west facing homes are the best , but doesn’t suit most Telugu ppl… 

North is the best and suits most people..

Adey kada cheppedi… I have multiple houses and almost all of them are  South facing. The best in hot places like Texas !

 

Cold places lo prefer East that helps with the snow !

Lol . There is no guarantee that you will be forever good in East facing homes. Same issues occur ! House facing has nothing to do with what happens in your life.

It’s not possible to build only 1 or 2 facing homes for everybody in this world !

One cultures bad is other cultures lucky.

Tamilians And East Asians consider South facing is auspicious. It also has better light and everything !

its all in your mind .

 

Health issues happen based on your age, lifestyle and food choices .

financial issues happen due to your own flaw steps and poor decisions.

its bound to happen in any facing house !

House kavali antey chudalsindi neighborhood, schools and house design nachinda Leda ani… facing is something to be least bothered.

Vasthu is old days civil engineering designed based on the geographical conditions. 
Indian vasthu changes from State to State not all Vasthus are same !

Forget about vasthu and other things…

I am talking more about convenience/comfort and usability of the backyard and master bedroom.. just make sure that sun doesn’t hit your backyard and bedroom in the evenings.. they will become very difficult to use unless you have big trees to compensate..

• Your living room has sunlight in the morning 
• Natural light in all rooms if you open windows through out the day , good air flow
• not too sunny in the evenings to sit in your backyard and for kids to play
• cul de sac deggara aithe good as I consider it a little safer for kids to play
• not located in the T junction , avoiding Veedhi potu - My Reasoning to avoid such homes as it may not be safe for kids to play outside and lot of traffic in such places

Hyd lanti places lo apts meedha youtube lo chala videso pedtunnaru eemadhya , they all seem to be built on vaasthu and are advertised as vaastu complaint , some have good ventilation but chala homes lo basic light and air sarigga levu , felt sad

One more thing is in andhra & telangana ppl don’t prefer south facing homes, but in tamilnadu they prefer  south facing homes. Manaki Yamasthanam… vallaki adhi manchidhi … so US lo climate, locality, schools Ive chuskovali. In case veedhi potu unna Em chestham … you can’t keep a current poll infront of your house 😂someone needs to study about this.
