Few points to consider as a review. I own a 2021 model. I am keeping review specific to mach-e and avoiding points that speak to EVs in general, consciously.

Pros:

1.) Looks sporty and stylish. It turns heads, if you care about it.

2.) One pedal drive is very useful in practice. 

3.) Blue cruise is good on freeways. Not any where close to Auto Pilot from Tesla but it helps to free your hands and stretch.

4.) Range in summer reaches up to 300 miles. In winter, it might stretch to 240 miles. Mine was at 220 miles last winter but that was my fast winter and I was pedaling the car hard.

Cons:

1.) Suspension - Super tight and you feel every small bump on the road. It is annoying to driver and straight out discomfort if you sit in the rear. This is my experience and seen similar comments from a very few other mach-e owners in forums.

2.) Fast charging is only up to 80% and takes around 45 mins to go from 10% to 80%. When you are doing road trips with family, you would want it to be faster than that. 

3.) Seating is not comfortable.  There are no bolsters and no support for thighs.The head rest adjusts in a weird manner that does not support head in most angles. Neck feels restless with how headrest is aligned with the back rest. 

4.) The vehicle is very quick but comes at expense of losing on range.

5.) Lot of body roll at high speeds when you take curves or ramps on/off interstates.

6.) With new EV bill, tax credit might not apply to mach-e.
