Earlier buyers used to pay more and buy. Now builders are selling with some upgrades free etc..(sale avtunayi in a week or two) that is where u can see as slow down in prime areas.. 

 

non- prime locations prices reduced 10%.. Catch is they increased to 100% and now reduction is only 10% which is what some ppl say no reduction.. but compare the prices from last march thru now..
