Housing market entha down ayyindi? good enough to enter/consider new construction that will deliver the home after 1 year of construction time where we just pay the initial 5% now?

As builders are giving incentives on the reduced prices?

which area ? 1 year construction ante, interest rate antha duram lock in avvadhu, be prepared. Spec homes unte chudu.

Market started going soft, i think it will go slow till the end of the year.

All depends on your need, if need home now, go-ahead with spec home.

If yiu think that house is reasonably priced, inko 1 year lo it has potential anapudu and the lot and plan if yiu like it go for it
