Need suggestion on eligibility of drop box appointment or in-person appointment for h1

 I have visiting visa (B2) stamping but didn't visit US yet.

H1 application is picked up in this years lottery and application is under process.

in case if the application is approved, do i need to go for in-person visa stamping or am I eligible for drop box?

Experienced people - Please share your thoughts

No you are not eligible for drop box.. same kind of visa already issued aitene eligible for drop box. You can google this no need to post a thread !

That’s not true. Any visa is fine as per latest rules after covid. I guess TS is eligible for drop box as long he never had refusal or 221g. But others can confirm

Yes any one with any previously approved visa type is eligible for dropbox.f1 to h1 is also Dropbox eligible.

My bad, taking my words back.. 

yes any type if visa from same country ani rasaru.. when i tried for appointments it asked me do you have h1b issued previosuly so got confused..

Thank you all for the confirmation.... i too got confused because of multiple sources (from google). So thought i would get clarity here.
