Yes . I agree .it’s based on need.  But Neenu konni front end projects and konni backend projects chesa most of them are done in less than an year, need eeypogane they don’t even care our contribution. 
 

but full stack to lo neenu velte kani vaadu peekaledu.. full stack lo full business process and domain and maintenance meeda grip vastadi. After few years it’s very hard to find a replacement. It’s based on my experience.

I am lucky 3 contracts to surviving from 18+ months.. Going back to 1 job is not an option anipistundi. Bay area lo konchem high paying jobs unnay anukunte the cost of living is equally high so it's no worth it.. Also single FT job ni nammukuni recession time lo lay off fear to undatam kashtam when you are used to so many options..
