last i went in 2019 twice (march & nov) both times there was counter to collect refund.

 

may be its for people who pay through card.. I paid cash though!

I never took the room offline. Once I took it & the guy asked me to give my debit card. Some entho caution deposit theeskunnadu.. refund raledhu … I called them & they said it will be credited after 14 days … I got it after that
