Home insurance won't cover but home warranty insurance will cover for sure bro

Incorrect bro. Accidental leaks cover cheyyakunte Inka home owners insurance deniki bro. It should cover most plumbing leaks unless you did it to defraud them.

Not sure annai my neighbour coverage lo ledo emo mari only hazardous insurance anta like fire etc etc (earth quake alos not included in CA) but his home warranty insurance covered, one of the friend had charging accident fire with ectric vehicle in VA he got completely coverrd

Doesn’t matter how bad it is. If he is covered he is covered anthe. The only thing he should be paying is his deductible after the coverage. They might drop his coverage after the payout citing negligence so he might need to find a new agency. His premiums will go up.

Insurance covered my basement water damage … issued 19k… I just had to pay 500 deductible from out of pocket..
