gata 8 months nunchi interviews isthunna bro, okasari first round lo ne out, konnitlo 2 round, few of them I made till last round still didn't get an offer. oka 16 interviews icha, selected and got offer only in 3 companies. avi kooda bokadia companies, small teams, pay was $100k but no good benefits andukane didn't accept any of these offers.

Keeping this in mind naa confidence level is going low day by day! ee age lo inka kottavi nerchukoni peeke energy ledu andukane compromise avvalsi vasthondi, and I need a remote role can't go to office anymore. alavatu aipoyindi for the past 2.5 yrs.

Jobs aithey regular ga apply chesthunna, resume pick kooda kavatla. I didn't add any masala in my resume andukenemo. Bavilo frog la undi naa paristhithi.
