isthri sokka naligipothundhi, gurthu undatledhu, pettukunte bathukuthamu ani guarentee undha, fire antukunna/water lo padda car lopale irrukku pothamu

Exactly... Also such wealthy people are supposed to be chauffer driven in big SUVs.  

Yes, in India no one wears seatbelts...

But fact is even in USA, cars won't force back passengers to wear it . Only a warning light intead of beap

Cars may not but people should. 

I make sure everyone's wearing seat belts including those that are in the rear seats, if not I won't drive them around. Simple.
