I know couple of people in my company whose kids are aging out.. they are 2012 and 2013 pd’s who could not file 485’s as they changed company in 2020 and the employer took lot of time to file the labor.. now they cannot file 485 as the dates are not even final now.. vallaki labor inka approve avvaledu 🤦‍♂️

one guy is Feb 2012.. he is safe
