remember there are L1s and people from India (along with H4 and other Visas in the USA) also competing for H-1B. So, not all 120K students will get a H-1B.  Dont forget about other countries people applying for H-1B (although very less)

The Gap between available seats and international students is enormous. And there are so many schools here. I dont think there will be a supply (seats) issue anytime soon.
