Texas .. that too austin lo 600-700k house ante it’s not a small number .. that too 2yrs back when same house was sold for 420-450k .. u are buying it for 700-750k is just crazy 

another thing is.. interconnection kuda undadu .. just 1-highway to get to downtown or proper austin
