Aubery is too far bro. 380 is a nightmare. I would not recommend. 

which community are you talking about there in Aubery?

Celina has few communities with proser ISD which are expensive.  But lot of new constructions coming up in North of celina with celina ISD which are affordable.  

Check out Melissa  or Wylie, both has decent schools , affordable , resale value will also be good.

Sache, Wylie, Murphy all are very close to each other, almost like one city , Wylie has decent schools Wylie ISD.

 

Little Elm is close to Frisco  but people don't prefer it because of bad schools. But Little Elm has some communities that falls under Frisco/ Denton ISD. You can search them.
