Have you ever taken a business to small claims court

Send an email notice first that you are moving to Small claims court if the issue is not resolved, and mention that you have all supporting evidence. I did this recently to our lawn maintenance company for not cutting the grass for more than a month but charging my credit card when we were in vacation.

Camera recordings unnayi ani cheppagane, all money refunded and cleaned the yard for free.

Lol.  My situation is a bit different, it has to to with a restaurant that billed me wrong amount on the invoice. Detailed ga cheptha aagu, problem in my case is that I'm not able to find the customer copy of the receipt

without a bill, you cannot prove it.. even the court requires some kind of proof.. the restaurant can say that they provided you the services for the amount
