Popular Post Telugodura456 Posted September 9, 2022 Popular Post Report Posted September 9, 2022 Most of them acquire wealth only to show off to others ba. not even to enjoy themselves. You never see or rarely see an indian buying anything near office vending machine. He will think why waste $2 on a bottle of coke/water when you can get it so much cheaper in super market. But same will spend 250k in daugthers wedding - looking miserable in that lalchi pajama dress. will buy a 75k dollar car without ever driving beyond super marrket runs. Almost everything they do it is to show off and create a status. 7 Quote

veerigadu Posted September 9, 2022 Report Posted September 9, 2022 I don’t blame them. We live in a superficial world. Some people believe their happiness is contingent upon how others perceive them. @Telugodura456 you should be glad that you are not one of them. And you don’t seek any validation from others. It’s their issue not yours. Quote

One of my northie colleague she is very nice and cool and her husband used to work for goldmansachs and he runs his own business now. There was some issue with the system and the cafeteria told evryone that food was free. She brought home made lunch but as soon as she heard its free beacuse the system was not working she got two free meals for home. She does not spend much on food and gets exited for free food. I dont see it as wrong but she drives a audi and her husband is filthy rich and she soends miney on vacatuins and on clothes designer wear stuff. I seem to be completely opposite as i soend more on food and never compromise on that and dont give a abt expensive clothing? Whats the point of spending on homes and clothing?
