very few people vote based on their Hindu identity. even Modi knows that. Hindu is not  the majority. because people don't actually identify as Hindu politically.. only culturally and religiously.

its always about how much power BJP can devolve into its grassroots.. Hindutva is just an idea to aim for, but people will vote based on who fulfills their needs.

if the economy tanks, which looks like it will, BJP is done. unless they can pull some stunt like pulwama.

Modi biggest strength is not him.... its the clueless and more corrupt opposition.... ee family parties and nepotism unantha varuku Modi is safe. A good alternative national party is needed to fight BJP at center..... not jaffas like Rahul, KCR, Jagan, Akhilesh, etc who have no interest to talk about India as whole.

who cares. Hindu is not the majority. no one in India is. Hindutva is the idea that tries to construct Hindus as the  political majority in India, but it hasnt worked so far. even under Modi. In fact under Modi we have more caste divisions now.

what we have under Modi is a purely authoritarian capitalist feudal govt that victimizes minorities that replaced an earlier authoritarian capitalist feudal govt which didnt victimize minorities.

the only thing holding HIndus together is not their identity, but collective hatred for muslims. its not sustainable is the kindest way I will put it.
