I'm not randomly applying , Job requirements lo >80% match aithe ne apply chestunna , sometimes 100% unna not getting a call , surprised with rejections...have not been applying for a while so this has been difficult to accept..

inka job occhina tharuvatha, daily at least 5-6 calls...market lo lenu ra babu ante kuda continuous ga calls occhevi..

FTE i never heard getting calls by just applying. you would normally get via recruiter or through referrals.

Konni sarlu internal ga hire cheskuntaru. Contractors ni FT ki conversion and in such cases for formality post pedatharu. We never hear back from such positions.

Most of the jobs posted are duplicates in job portals. Even FT kooda companies multiple positions ani post chestay in their website but actually there could be one or none. Keep applying.  Rejections ante mostly hiring freeze or they posted the job after they filled it and want to advertise for VISA process, they also take interviews but reject chestaru to show that there were several people applied but he/she is our best candidate ani prove cheyyaneeki in case of RFE.

take it easy on the rejecting … same happend chusina few min lo  cannt proceed ani reply chestunnaru… 

When i called dm just for reasons to know very casual call(one recruiter non desi was veryhelpful in explaining)mostly okkosari overqualified aithe kooda reject chestaru … but nenu chaala dip oberseve chesaa.. since 3 months.. may b due to freezing ! .. inkaa oct vasthe .. almost dead end untundhi ..keep trying for next ..

You know one main reason why it failed ani.  LinkedIn lo  particular company lo connect with the recruiter and connect with someone works with that company and ask for referral. Luck baagunte referral dorukuthadi.

Db big heads  @Vaampire, @csrcsr ki idea untadi how to get referrals ani.
