Preparation inte in a good market referral problem ledu bro vaale vastaru, but from a 2 months most of the companies are cautious in hiring,  and hiring kida only low cost locations near shore like Mexico or offshore India Singapore lo avutunayi

Prep manchica unte for coding and system design chala chala avali lots lots of practice it will not over ine week etc we have to set into that rhythm for 3 months for FTE in good product company

 

Consulting all together different prep kada latest tools etc

Hopefully companies come out of fear of recession and start hiring

Thirdly, currently lot of companies are on hiring freeze. So things will be slow.

Rejections are lite man. Just keep trying. Nuvvu baaga perform cheyyaledhi Ani cheppav. So u know what went wrong

Adding a data point. My org went on hiring freeze few weeks back. With lot of effort, we were able to get headcount for backfill. We literally got 1k applications

I'm not randomly applying , Job requirements lo >80% match aithe ne apply chestunna , sometimes 100% unna not getting a call , surprised with rejections...have not been applying for a while so this has been difficult to accept..

 

lite.. some will be namesake too for gc purpose or someone who is alresdy contracting ... in company... to take him fte.. they have to other intervies too

Where are located . Most of the time recruiters reaches out to me and I never applied for any company .update  the profile details in your linked in bio to match with the relevant skills in the industry.

20 apply chesthe only 2 calls annav ga.  Resume tips tisko. Paid aina sare. Maybe akkade undemo fault. LinkedIn lo update profile to attract more recruiters.
