I'm not randomly applying , Job requirements lo >80% match aithe ne apply chestunna , sometimes 100% unna not getting a call , surprised with rejections...have not been applying for a while so this has been difficult to accept..

@Vaampire bro , oka offer vache laga undi , its a good company and pay is what I'm expecting, company A anukundam

now , I finally got a calls from one of the FAANG companies (Level-1 position) and another top tier non-FAANG company (same level - lateral move)  , there is not much time so I'm leaning towards accepting offer from company A as I was originally hoping for that offer (Position , work profile , work culture etc)

Ippudu dilemma on whether to keep interviewing or not after I accept the offer 

okasari interview attend aithe 1 year cool off untunda FAANG companies lo? is it normal to keep interviewing?

Keep interviewing.  6months -1 yr cool off common ey. But interview crack chesthey fb/goog offer letter one year valid untadi. Even fail ayina company a lo join ayipo. Nothing to loose. @Galactus

Time bagoputhe nevvu entha ginjukunna job raadu bayya ala ani manam try cheyyatam apakodadu. 2 years lo 10 interviews ki attend ayyanu emeraledu. kontha break echi try chesanu 2 months lo 3 offers so just try until you succeed
