We cannot afford to build cities in India. It just does not balance the equations. Amaravati will be a doomed city forever. At the most, state administration and functioning thappa inkemi vundadu..

5yrs lo capital ela kadtharu vaa.. oka big house kattadanike 1-2 yrs pattuddi.. 5 yrs lo capital select chesi, land acquisition chesi, drainages and roads vesi building anni kattaali ante it is impossible.. you cannot expect everything to be built in 36K acres in 3 years.. it takes decades and we need land for future developments… 

Jagan should have used amaravathi for administrative purposes and develop vizag for commercial projects like IT, industries etc.. we don’t need to build anything fancy in amaravathi but just for govt offices, quarters etc..

Why did CBN allowed people like Vemuri Ravi and constructing some real estate buildings like "happy Nest" etc with unresonable launch prices in a junk village with no proper facilities ?

There are many things to show CBN lost his administrative control and that showed he is done and dusted old chap..

No idea about that guy.. happy nest is just an apartment complex like any other one (like myhome etc) in Hyderabad.. isn’t it? 
the way I see it is that wherever there is huge money involved, there will be commissions and politicians take a cut.. all Jagga had to do was put some investigation team and find the corruption and show that corruption to people.. 

At that time, The demand was huge and everyone was trying to invest in Amaravathi as they thought it will go further up.. speculation and demand unte, enthayina petti kontaaru janaalu.. just like how we all invested in Crypto.. there is nothing the govt can do to stop ppl from buying and selling..

it actually a govt initiative. and profits are meant to be invested back in to city development. There is nothing wrong with it.

What's the status of Vijaywada underground drainage project ? it was fully funded by center in 2015 itself.

where will funding come. The idea is to use this land to fund the city and bring the benefits to people.

100 mts dig chesi kattali..buildings.....,loose soil,..which is too costly...but if u ask me let it be.....as it is unsustainable it will take 20 yrs atleast...to become a town like vijaywada... meanwhile vizag meeda population explosion undadhu....due to no capital.....

naku telisi CBN ee drama and PPT lekunda  happy ga oka 10 buildings katti vunte bane establish ayyedi .. singapore ani , japan ni chesta ante mari over ayyeindi asal ke mosam vachindi ..
