Yes as others said once the insurance paid you it’s their car not yours. Same goes when a car is totaled. You took the money from insurance means it’s sold.

Hi friends my car which was stolen 2 months ago is found and is impounded

they say the car is in good condition ,

I already got insurance settlement

127000 miles 2012 Honda Accord SE

they paid me 10700 dollars as settlement for claim

Is it advisable to pay back and take my car

or given this is driven by some one else and who know what was done in the car better to not take it

I already have two high end cars and this is my first car bought with with my first salary

you lost the ownership once you received the money from your insurance company bro..unless you have your personal museum, you can return the money, take your car, rebuild if possible, and store it in your museum bro...Brahmi Eating GIF - Brahmi Eating Nods GIFs

Report that to insurance. It’s no longer yours. Greed ki potheee 2 risks.

1. you don’t know if any crime was commited by the person driving that car. Stolen and dropped back anteneee thedaaa yevvaram.

2. insurance phraud is big crime. Dorikitheee legal issues untayiii.

now it’s a mental battle between your kakruthi and sanity. It’s your choice.

I guess you didn’t understand ,claim is over I was notified by them about vehicle being found , every one knows where vehicle

my question is should I return the money that insurance paid me and take the car back  or let it go especially some one used it as Insurance company is the owner now

It’s your wish what you want to do. Is insurance asking you to see if you want the car back then decide yourselves if you want to get it back or not. As db uncles opinion ayithe lite thisko ani. Eod your call
