Jersey lo school districts baguntayiii....Kani its very compact. weather sucks....Very high taxes in whole country. Yes you even have to pay inheritance taxes in NJ. NYC wall street ki poyi pani seyyochuuu every day NJ transit lo. Finance domain lo manchi jobs. 800k ki decent house in good community. 

Other hand, bay area lo weather good and jobs ekkuva. School districts suck for the most part. Neeku insecurity eppatikiii podhuuuu okkodiiii salaries sustheee aaaa 350k salaries susthee....You will feel depressed. You will never appreciate life. You may never possibly able to buy a home in bay area. Taxes kuda ekkuveeee....It becomes toxic after a while ani talk..

 

Kids unte NJ better. quality of life kavali ante bay area. Unfortunately you cant have both in one place here.

not comparable states bro.. neeku bay area ki thaggattu salary vasthe (you should afford a 3BR house in good community) then bay area is best.. but antha salary raadu ante you have no choice..
